The “Rock of the King” Mountains represents mainly a zipped limestone ridge stretched over 25km long, reaching 2238m height. It was declared Nature Reserve and National Park in 2003.

Transylvania - The Land Beyond the Forest
According to a beautiful proverb, God gave birth to Transylvania on the 7th day of the week to his own joy and delight by choosing for this land the best of His creation: high mountains, deep valleys, forests and green meadows.

The fortified churches in Transylvania represent one of the most original touristic circuits for those who wish to get to know the adventures of the past. Around Sibiu city we can visit Biertan Church, Slimnic or Cisnadie; around Brasov we can visit Rasnov, Harman, Prejmer and many more.
You can try to solve the myth of Dracula by visiting the places where he passed or you can have a lunch in the house where Dracula was born, now a cozy restaurant and serve the favorite plate of Dracula and taste his favorite wine ... Vampire red wine ...

Here, the people are friendly, often smiling and with a big taste of dancing and music listen.
